Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNANITHI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.C in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18356 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file as STC No.1764 of 2022, on the file of Judicial Magistrate No. I Court, Padmanabhapuram.

CRL MP(MD) No.842 of 2023 3.In view of the above, the condition No.C in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18356 of 2022, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram on 01.02.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
