Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the complaint of the petitioner sent to the first respondent on 06.07.2013 and the representation submitted to the second respondent on 17.06.2013 and to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 to 8 for land grabbing and for other criminal offences to ensure peaceful enjoyment of the property namely, the Shopping Complex known as "N.A.Complex" situated in Survey No.225/1, Nadiyambalpuram, (Railway Station Road), Pattukottai Town, without any interference from the respondents 3 to 8 herein in tune with the rights declared by the Civil Court in O.S.No.110 of 2009, dated 29.11.2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai.
