Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include his name in the UDR Patta for the property comprised in Survey Nos. 29/5 and 29/6 measuring to an extent of 49 cents situated at Nallamanayankkanpattyi, Thirmangalam Taluk, Madurai District which being the petitioner's share by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2022 forthwith.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested parties shall be put on notice.
