ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an enquiry notice issued by the third respondent herein directing the petitioner to appear for the enquiry under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The said notice is under challenge in the writ petition.

2. Pending the writ petition, the complainant, namely, the fourth respondent herein, who is the father of the petitioner and one Sirajunisha mother of the petitioner had passed away on 25.04.2016 and 22.08.2018 respectively. Since both the parents have passed away, there is no necessity for the third respondent to pursue the enquiry proceedings. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
