ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 03.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 on the file of the respondent poice, in Crime No.481 of 2017. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused in this case were found in possession of 60.110 gms of ganja. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. He did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is in incarceration from 03.08.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there are six previous cases are pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.
