(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 12.08.2014 made in W.A(MD).No.980 of 2014.

2. Today, when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has stated that the order of this Court has been complied with which has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In support of the said contention, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a communication issued by the respondent/ the State Express Transport Corporation, Chennai, dated, 17.06.2023.

4. In view of the said compliance, by recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
