ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2020 of City Crime Branch, Tirunelveli District and to file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the first respondent is likely to transfer the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2020 to Economic Offences Wing. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Tirunelveli, is directed to file a final report in Crime No.42 of 2020 or transfer the case to the Economic Offences Wing, if the offences alleged against the accused attract Economic Offences, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
