This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.18 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tirunelveli Town, Tirunelveli City and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.168 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
