RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in the order dated 25.01.2018 made in Crl.OP(MD) No. 1276/2018 on the file of this Honourable court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1276 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018, for producing sureties before Magistrate.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to some reasons he could not able to mobilize the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ fund to produce sureties before the concerned Court within the time prescribed by this Court.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time for producing the sureties is extended to two weeks from 22.02.2018.
