To issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 to take action on the representation given by the petitioner seeking (a) to pay arrears in rent from 01.01.2022 till 31.01.2023 at the rate of Rs. 51,267/- with 18 percentage of interest (b) to pay the monthly rent at the enhanced rate on the 1st day of every English calendar month till date of vacating the office of the 5th respondent functioning at door no. 3/15, Medaiyandi Kovil street, KVR Thirumanamandapam, Thiruvengadam, Tenkasi District (c) to pay 18 percentage of interest for the belated payment of rent, (d) to pay the TDS amount of Rs.2,49,444/- and (e) to do the repair works as per the terms of rental agreement.

ORDER : This Contempt Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- It is beyond dispute that the arrears of the last 6 months totalling Rs.3,07,602/- has not been paid.

Admit.

Issue statutory notice to R2. If arrears is cleared, the second respondent need not appear in person.
