ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the Inspector of Police, Koppampatti Police Station, Thoothukudi District, the second respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2015 pending on his file and further direct him to complete the same and to file the final report within the stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
