RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in order dated 10.12.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)no. 21791 of 2018 in Crime No. 190 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.KALEESHWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21791 of 2018 on 10.12.2018.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly from 12.12.2018 to till date. He further submitted that chargesheet has been filed on 20.12.2018 in this case and it has not been taken on file.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in
Crl.O.P.No.21791 of 2018 on 10.12.2018, is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent, as and when required.
