ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A1 to A4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 448,294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC Crime No.

5 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive the petitioners are attacked the de facto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. This is the case and counter case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that it is a simple injury and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
