RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court order made in Crl.OP(MD)No. 293/2018 dated 09.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBYLINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.293 of 2018, dated 09.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 16.01.2018 to till date, without any deviation. Further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
