SUYMABULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1417 of 2018, dated 30.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 02.02.2018 to till date.

4.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. The case has been registered for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ offence under Sections 468, 471 and 420 I.P.C., The petitioner has

complied the condition from 02.02.2018 to till date. So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court came to the conclusion that this petition is filed too earlier for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
