ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the second respondent registered a case in Current Petition No.G3/2506/548/2020 and enquiry is still pending. 3.The main contention of the petitioners is that they have been harassed by the police.

4.In the facts and circumstances, the second and third respondents are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
