O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the son of the detenue for production of her mother, namely Arockia Santharani, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD)No.41 of 2020 aged 45 years, wife of Xavier Aruldurai, before this Court from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and set her at liberty. 2.Today, Mr.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent jointly submitted before this Court that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, since the detenue has already been secured.

3.The detenue has also voluntarily appeared before this Court.

4.As the prayer in this habeas corpus petition has become infructuous and the detenue has also voluntarily appeared before this Court, we are of the view that there is nothing remained for adjudication in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
