RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily i.e.,morning at 10.30 am., until further order in Crl.M.P(MD). No.691/2019 dated 30/01/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20784/2018 dated 26/11/2018 in Crime No.14/2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.691 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20784 of 2018 on 30.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.691 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20784 of 2018 on 30.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.691 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20784 of 2018 on 30.01.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day at 10.30 a.m. of every month until further orders. sd/- 01/03/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
