2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARUNANIDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner with regard to the report before the respondent Police station as to report before the Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1674 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner herein is not surrendered before the concerned Magistrate to execute a bail bond.
4. This Court by order dated 05.02.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1674 of 2018, directed the petitioner to execute a bail bond, within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
5. Now, as per the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner herein is not surrendered before the concerned Magistrate to execute a bail bond. In such circumstances, the petition to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner is not legally justifiable. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
