RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by its order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).NO.949/2019 dated 24/01/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SATHEESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.949 of 2019 on 24.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.949 of 2019 on 24.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and

investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.949 of 2019 on 24.01.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 05/03/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
