3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the same is ordered accordingly. Crl.OP(MD) No.23515 of 2016 along with Crl.MP(MD)Nos.12412 & 12423 of 2016, which were dismissed for non-prosecution on 21.01.2019, are restored to file.
