Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2014, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
