RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the Condition of appearing before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of 3 weeks imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.700 of 2018 on 17.01.2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KARTHICK SUBRAMNANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.700 of 2018, dated 17.01.2018.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition up to 01.02.2018 only. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.
3. Heard both sides. Documents perused. In the order passed by this Court dated 17.01.2018, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.700 of 2018, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks alone. But, without complying the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner filed this application without any specific reason. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed.
