Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to accept the surrender of the petitioner along with sureties in the light of the anticipatory bail granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.1890 of 2012 dated 20.07.2012.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to accept the surrender of the petitioner along with sureties in the light of the anticipatory bail granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.1890 of 2012 dated 20.07.2012.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts of the case and on going to the relevant documents, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioner along with the sureties by taking into consideration the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1890 of 2012. The surrender will have to be made within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
