Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1689/A3/2011 dated Nil. 03.2011 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant time to fulfill the norms and standards till 26/08/2012 as stipulated in section 19(2) Act 35/2009.
