ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and further direct them not to conduct Katta Panchayat and not to interfere in the civil disputes on the basis of the representation dated 22.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed not to harass the petitioner and also not to interfere with the civil dispute.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
