ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.128 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate II, Sattur.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) for the respondents, the petitioner has been acquitted in C.C.No.128 of 2013 by way of an order, dated 27.06.2016. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are required. The Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
