ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners by issuing summons to the petitioners for their appearance under the guise of enquiry to be attended by the petitioners on 27.06.2015 in R3/GDP/195/15 in a civil dispute of contractual nature which was already enquired .

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioners are not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are also directed not to harass the petitioners and also not to interfere with the civil dispute.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
