ORDER

The present petition is filed by petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that there are five previous cases registered against the petitioner. His further contention is that 1/3

the petitioner is a history sheeter H.S.No.328 of 2013 and First Information Report in Crime No.119 of 2020 was registered, initiating proceedings under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. His specific contention is that the respondent police never harassed the petitioner, as alleged by him. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
