The petitioners, who are arrayed as respondents 1 to 5 in M.C.No.28 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District, have filed this petition to quash the proceedings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice, if personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court, is dispensed with. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of

the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District, is directed to dispose of M.C.No.28 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
