2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.443 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, the case was ended in acquittal on 13.04.2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
