COMMON ORDER The petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11713 of 2015 are arrayed as A1 to A3 in Crime No.518 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 379 (NP) IPC, which is pending on the file of the first respondent police. Similarly, the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11714 of 2015, is an accused in Crime No.517 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC. It is a case of case a counter.
2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, two joint memo of compromise have been field by the parties and countersigned by them to the effect that both FIRs may be quashed. The parties are also present before this Court along with their respective Counsels.
3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after going through the records as well as joint compromise memos, this Court is inclined to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.Nos.518 of 2015 and 517 of 2015 respectively are quashed against the petitioners and these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
