Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Memo No.01084/Adm.O/Adm.1/A2/2017, dated 03.02.2017 on the file the Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondent to count the regular service rendered in the Tamil Nadu magnesium and Marine Chemicals Limited (TMML) from 09.10.1987 to 18.01.2002 along with the service in TNEB /TANGEDCO., from 19.01.2002 to 31.05.2016 for the calculation of pension within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this contempt petition alleging that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court, dated 21.10.2019, passed in W.P.(MD).No.2660 of 2017. In the said order, this Court, after setting aside the impugned order, directed the Contemnor / respondent herein to count the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.(MD) No.60 of 2020 regular service rendered by the petitioner in the Tamil Nadu Magnesium and Marine Chemicals Limited (TMML) along with service in TNEB for calculation of pension.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioner/party-in-person submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 21.10.2019, the respondent has filed an appeal in W.A.(MD).No.251 of 2020 and hence, this contempt petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. To that effect, he has already given a letter dated 11.03.2020 to the Registry.
3. Recording the above submission and the letter, dated 11.03.2020, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
