[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the first respondent to grant 28 days ordinary leave without police escort to the petitioner's son namely Kanna, S/o. Nallamuthu, aged about 45 years , Life Convict PID No.34872 confined at Central Prison, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking 28 days ordinary leave dated 03.11.2025 and pass orders on own

merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
