This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in FIR No.228/2020 dated 13.05.2020 on the file of the respondent Police to some other impartial investigation agency.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 21.06.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the same was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today (30.06.2021). Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation.
