Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is the complainant in S.T.C.No.146 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) No.I, Madurai. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that only one witness has to be examined on the said of the complainant apart from the complainant. Therefore, the Court below is directed to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since it is only a cheque case, the trial can be conducted even through video conferencing.
