ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the F.I.R. in Crime NO.43 of 2015, dated 03.05.2015 on the file of the first respondent herein, pursuant to the compromise arrived at by the parties.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.

3.The petitioners are arrayed as A.1 to A.5 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 364(A), 323, 506(ii) I.P.C. The allegation is that the petitioners abducted the second respondent and obtained blank cheques.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, all the parties are present. They submitted that they have no interest to proceed further. A joint memo of compromise has been filed by both parties in this regard. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners also submitted that there is no necessity to proceed further. An affidavit has already been filed by the complainant, dated 16.06.2015 stating that the cheques have been obtained.

5. This Court has also perused the materials available on record. This Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings further in this matter.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.43 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent is quashed.
