This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.382 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to some other fair officer to conduct the investigation and to file the final report within the time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (crl. Side) submitted that the copy of the 'Action Dropped' report has been submitted before this Court. But the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any copy of such report.

3. Let the copy of the 'Action Dropped' report be served upon the counsel for the petitioner. Since 'Action Dropped' report has been filed, nothing survives for further consideration. The petitioner is to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum through appropriate proceedings.

4. With these directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
