PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents particularly the fourth respondent to take action on the representation dated 23.08.2021 and 24.08.2021 in accordance with law within a time frame.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint along with necessary materials to the second respondent. The second respondent will carefully go through the contents and at the end of the same, if cognizable offence is made out, the concerned EOW official shall register an FIR and take action as per law. I am calling upon the second respondent to take action because an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
allegation has been made that a police official is involved. The decision as to whether the FIR has to be registered or not will be taken by the second respondent. Such an exercise will be completed within a period of eight weeks after the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner.
