ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.94 of 2019 on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Even on the earlier occasion i.e, on 15.12.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready and will be filed before the concerned Court within a short time.
