This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 295 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Kovilpatti on 25.12.2019 and it has been returned for certain defects. However after rectifying the defects the final report was represented before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Kovilpatti on 09.02.2022.
