O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in crime No.33 of 2006 on the file of the 1st respondent against the petitioner.

2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the criminal proceedings against him. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged investigation Further, perusal of the FIR would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner and it cannot be quashed at the threshold. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ proceedings and the criminal original petition is liable to be

dismissed.
