Pleased to set aside the Judgment made in C.A.No.76 of 2017 by the Additional District and Sessions Court, Palani, dated 26.09.2018 reversing the judgment of acquittal made in C.C.No.61 of 2017 by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Palani dated 28.06.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.G.Rajasekaran, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the order made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9430 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.520 of 2019 by this Court dated 01.11.2019.
