ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.439 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the case has been taken cognizance before the concerned Court and the petitioners were acquitted from the charges.

3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
