petitioner's husband namely Veerasamy, S/o.Muthu Irulandi, a life convict prisoner (C.P.No.6067) now confined at Central Prison, Madurai for the purpose of executing documents and by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2024.

ORDER
(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner is the wife of the convict. The convict is undergoing life sentence is Central Prison, Madurai. The petitioner seeks leave for him on the ground that certain documents have to be executed. Draft copy of the deeds have been produced before us. 3.We are satisfied that a case for grant of leave has been made out. 2/5
4.The writ petition is allowed on the following conditions:- (a)The convict-prisoner, Veerasamy, S/o.Muthu Irulandi, [Convict Prisoner No.6067] now detained at Central Prison, Madurai is granted emergency leave from 07.00 a.m., on 30.01.2025 to 06.00 p.m., on 01.02.2025 and from 07.00 a.m., on 09.02.2025 to 06.00 p.m., on 11.02.2025.
(b) The convict prisoner shall be released from the prison at 07.00 a.m., on 30.01.2025 and he shall return to the prison at 06.00 p.m., on 01.02.2025 and 07.00 a.m., on 09.02.2025 and he shall return to the prison at 06.00 p.m., on 11.02.2025.
(c)During the leave period, the convict prisoner shall abide by all the conditions prescribed in the Jail Manual. No costs.
