OP(MD)No. 173/2018 dated 08.01.2018 enabling the petitioner to surrender and furnish the sureties before Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.173 of 2018, dated 08.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the old age ailments, the petitioner was under continuous treatment. He could not able to arrange the sureties within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered, the time for executing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties and for appearance of the petitioner before the concerned Magistrate Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
