RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition no.6(a) imposed by this Honurable Court in Crl.O.P.NO.21870 of 2018 on 20/12/2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SULTHAN BASHA for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petition have been filed to modify the condition No.6(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21870 of 2018 on 20.12.2018 and to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- into the crime number. Since the petitioner is unable to arrange such amount, the condition may be modified to that effect and also seeks time to produce sureties.

3. In view of the same, since the petitioner was directed to deposit a meagre amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, this Court cannot interfere with the condition by way of modification petition. Accordingly, the modification petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1913 of 2019 is dismissed. However, the time granted by this Court vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order dated 20.12.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21870 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
