PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024 and not to approve any planning permission in S.F. No.476/1 to an extent of 1 Acre 60 cents, out of 75 cents situated at Velliyanai North village, Karur Taluk and District till the disposal of the O.S.No. 71 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Karur.

ORDER

Mr.D.S.Neduncheliyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first and second respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024 and not to approve any planning permission in S.F. No.476/1 to an extent of 1 Acre 60 cents, out of 75 cents situated at Velliyanai North village, Karur Taluk and District till the disposal of the O.S.No. 71 of 2023 on the file of the Principal 2/4

Sub Judge, Karur."

3. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate drew my attention to the communication sent to the petitioner's Advocate by the second respondent, intimating that the petitioner's representation has already been received, and the entry in that regard has been made in the register maintained in the AD office, if at all any Planning permission is likely to be approved, the representation of the petitioner will be considered.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to the costs.
