Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certioraified Mandamus calling for the records related to impugned order vide pa.K.No. M.77/Se/2010 dated 16.4.2010, issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the period from 19.04.2008 to 23.12.2008 and from 2.1.2009 to 2.3.2009 and direct the respondents to pay salary for the above said period with all other consequential benefits arising thereof and sanction the annual increment from 1.1.2006 and special grade increment from 29.3.2006.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order refusing to regularise the period of 250+60 days in two different spells and treat those period as leave period without pay. 2.During the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondent Management appears to have passed a resolution to regularise the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11994 of 2013 entire period of 310 days as duty period, so as to enable the petitioner to get salary for the said period from the Government. 3.In view of the resolution passed by the Management, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further adjudication is required in this matter, as the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the Government to get salary for the period, which has now been regularised. No costs.
