Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.RAMAKRISHNA DASS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17 of 2018,dated 12.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 23.01.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 23/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
